The Master Measure system is designed to provide accurate and fast veneer measurement. Precise computations and data recording provide the most flexible domestic and foreign inventory control possible. The system allows the operator to classify bundles in twenty different grades and to track subtotals for each piece and bundle as well as computing the totals for each log. The width measurements are rounded to the nearest 0.197" (5 mm) and are accurate to within 0.01" (0.25 mm). The length measurement rounds down to the nearest 1.97" (5 cm).

Trim length and width deducts are possible with the system, allowing the most flexibility in record keeping. The record files can be retained on the computer, downloaded to disk, or transmitted to a host computer. The bar code labels that are standard are for the bundle, log and pallet. This is a very flexible system that can be easily interfaced to your in-house systems to provide the exacting inventory data that you need.
